Our mutual commitment
Scoutender is a monitoring tool, and monitoring rests on a relationship of trust. We bring all our rigour to capturing and sorting opportunities; you keep the final decision and full control of your bids. This charter states clearly what we commit to, what we cannot guarantee, and what we expect from you. It complements our legal notice and our privacy policy.
What we commit to
- Continuously monitor the widest possible set of public sources — donor, agency and institution portals — and keep expanding that coverage.
- Provide you with tools to sort, enrich, translate and score opportunities according to your firm's own strategy.
- Add new sources at your request and monitor the health of each one, so we can react quickly when one stops responding.
- Host your data in the European Union, process it in accordance with the GDPR, and never sell it or transfer it to third parties.
- Notify you of any significant change to the service or to this charter.
What we cannot guarantee
- Completeness. The information comes from hundreds of third-party public portals that are sometimes unavailable, protected or poorly structured. We aim to miss nothing, without being able to promise it.
- Perfect accuracy of the details (deadlines, budgets, documents). We extract them with care, but the donor's official source always prevails: check it before committing to a bid.
- A commercial outcome. Scoutender helps you spot the right opportunities faster; it does not guarantee winning a contract.
- 100% availability. We aim for a reliable, continuous service, with the contingencies inherent to any online tool.
What we expect from you
- Professional, fair use: no mass extraction or resale of the database.
- Check every piece of information against its official source before bidding — we flag, you decide.
- Report missing sources and misclassified opportunities: your feedback makes the tool better for everyone.
- Keep your access credentials confidential.
